At Santander Consumer Finance we take great care to ensure your personal details remain safe and adhere to the Data Protection Act at all times. As such, whilst we are able to action changes to your address and contact details online, other changes require written confirmation.

Change of name

For any change of name please email us with a scan or photo of the supporting documentation such as marriage certificate, decree nisi/absolute, or deed poll notice. We also require copies of your new and old signature.
