Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to certain remedies. What’s available will depend on how long you’ve had the vehicle and the nature of the issue. These may include:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Rejecting the vehicle (within the first 30 days of the agreement, or later if other remedies are unsuccessful)
