The Marketing Team develops our business proposition and helps us to achieve our commercial goals and overall company objectives.

We have a range of roles within the team, these include:

Our Brand Managers are the link between our manufacturer partners and Santander Consumer.

The team ensure the products, services, and product lines resonate with the brand’s current and potential customers.

From campaign pricing to creating point of sale, and the production of financial reports, the brand managers ensure the brand is well represented and support the performance goals of the company.

We aim to Think Customer in everything we do.

We work hard to understand the customer and their needs, as we aim to provide effective tools and services. This ensures that everyone receives the best possible service.

Our Analytics team provide business insight for various teams across the company. Bespoke reports ensure our Sales teams can manage relationships effectively with their dealer partners.

Sales

At Santander Consumer, we have various field-based teams working with different areas of the business.

The Sales Team provides overall management and development of our dealer portfolio. They specialise in our manufacturer partners and cover the entire UK. They provide account management as well as seeking new business opportunities. 

Our Core Sales team have overall management & development of Santander Consumer’s dealer portfolio. This excludes our Manufacturer & Leisure partners.

They provide account management to our existing network of motor dealers and seek new business opportunities.

A typical region consists of small used car dealers and large multi-franchised national dealer groups.

The Dealer Development teamwork alongside the Core Sales team. They provide specialist support in Finance Renewals, Training & Development programmes, and new product rollout.

They support the Sales team with integration of products into the dealer network. In addition, we offer on-site training courses for our dealer partners to enhance our value-added proposition.

We have a number of dedicated sales teams committed to our dealer partners.

The teams work close with the dealers, adopting a consultative approach to support the dealers across the UK.
