If your case has already been decided by a court, it won’t be eligible to be part of the redress scheme. If your case is ongoing and the court hasn’t made a decision, you and your legal representative will need to decide whether you want to continue with the legal proceedings.
If you decide not to carry on with your case, please notify us via email or by phone and we will assess your claim under the redress scheme. If you decide to continue with the legal proceedings, we will write to you separately.
