We offer a minimum of 25 days holiday for a full time colleague, plus bank holidays with the ability to buy or sell additional holiday. After 5 years, your allowance increases by 1 day. Our holiday allowance ensures you achieve a healthy work life balance.

Hybrid Working

We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and actively support hybrid working dependent on the role. Most departments will have a team anchor day and manage office attendance to meet business and operational requirements. The company directive for the hybrid model is a minimum of 2 days per week in the office (pro rata for part time colleagues).
