Whether you are looking to change your personal details, have moved bank, want to make an online payment, or need some other form of assistance, at Santander Consumer Finance we try to make things as easy as possible. Many of your account management needs can now be carried out online, but if you can’t find what you need below or have any other questions or queries that need answering, our customer service team are on hand. Managing my arrears

If your account has slipped into arrears you can review your options online and propose a repayment schedule. Alternatively our arrears management team is available on 0844 848 8922.


Update my personal details

Let us know what has changed and we’ll get straight on to it.


Changing my bank account

For changes on individual bank accounts simply call 0871 200 4150. For joint signatory accounts, please click the header above to open and print a new direct debit mandate


Satisfactory quality complaint

Not happy with the quality of the goods you’ve bought? Submit the details online and we’ll get on the case.


Third party authorisation form
