Jurisdiction for use

Governing law

The use of this site is governed by the laws of England and Wales. USA Patriot Act

The USA PATRIOT Act 2001 (Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism) was passed in October 2001. It includes a number of provisions intended to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Santander Consumer (UK) plc receives a number of requests each year to provide details of our policy towards anti-money laundering and countering terrorist financing. We are happy to provide information upon request.

Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.
